Project 2

A major all-encompassing fabric repair scheme to a prominent corner property located in the heart of Glasgow’s West End.  The works at the property involved a full re-slate, replacement of all lead work, gutters, chimney repair, replacement of cupola / glazed light arrangement and to the elevations extensive pointing repairs and where necessary localised stone repairs.  There were also works undertaken internally in conjunction with specifications received via engineers to the close entrance floor, refurbishment of terrazzo and internal decoration works.
